From humble beginnings…
We are a family run restaurant of 9yrs and we treat everyone entering our restaurant as family. There is always a warm welcome awaiting you from our friendly staff to serve you at lunchtime and evening dinner.
Lyndeta has worked in several restaurants in Nevis and has a good knowledge of local Caribbean cooking and is known as a flamboyant local Nevisian lady who loves karaoke.
Mark has been a chef for over 30 years and originates from Cleethorpes in the UK. He was the executive chef at Montpelier Hotel in Nevis for several years. Previously he was trained in the Berkeley and the Waldorf hotels in London and worked in numerous top restaurants and hotels throughout the UK
Where we are today?
We are known for consistently producing quality food and a friendly service.
Our lunches and dinners served daily are simple, fresh and delicious. We specialise in our Nevis organic beef burgers, fresh fish, lobster, shrimp, steaks, curries, stews or anything you fancy to eat just come and talk to chef Mark and he will cook it for you.
We also cater for private parties, weddings and wedding receptions, we also rent for private functions.
Thursday night is Karaoke night, feel free to come and join in the fun!
Saturday night is club night with our resident DJ playing everything from local soca and reggae to dance and house music.
Sunday is lunch specials day!!! This is where we serve one or two traditional english dishes.
